Hospitalist

Our hospitalist is a medical doctor who delivers care to patients admitted to the hospital or transitional care, specializing in family or internal medicine. Their role involves:

  • Overseeing and arranging patient treatment
  • Working alongside nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, order tests, adjust medications
  • Act as the main contact for answering questions from you and your family

Your condition updates will be communicated to your primary care provider. A hospitalist's main emphasis is on inpatient care, enabling primary care physicians to focus on outpatient and preventive care.
