Description:

The Medical Sonographer performs a variety of ultrasound exams such as abdomen, renal, limited obstetric, gynecologic, thyroid, scrotal and limited vascular exams. The sonographer is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ultrasound principles while utilizing department protocols.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Completion of an accredited Sonography program or sufficient on the job training to pass the ARDMS certification exam.

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as a medical sonographer

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: ARDMS certification

This position is supplemental and scheduled on an as needed basis.

Salary Range:

$46.85-$67.25
