Finding physical freedom...

Does pain or restricted movement keep you from living the life you want? Sports injuries, household accidents, repetitive actions on the job and tension from everyday stress take up residence in our bodies.

Massage can help. A gentle therapy that can relieve pain, massage, in combination with other appropriate health care measures, can help promote healing and prevent reoccurrence of injury.

The power to heal...

Massage melts away a variety of physical symptoms which can lead to serious, even chronic, health conditions.  These symptoms include…

  • Stress

  • Painful or tight muscles

  • Delayed muscle soreness

  • Fluid Retention

  • Poor posture

  • Secondary pain

  • Injuries from sports, accidents or repetitive motion

  • Joint pain or joint restriction

  • Effects of forced inactivity

  • Pain or tingling in arms or legs

Massage even helps prevent new injuries as it loosens up muscles and joints, making them more supple and strong. It also increases circulation, helps remove waste products and brings in nutrients which speed the healing process of muscle tissue. Massage promotes health naturally.

A personal touch…

On your first visit, your therapist will talk with you to assess your problem areas and help you determine a  personalized plan for your body’s needs. This plan will include focus on problem areas, along with attention on any related areas. The appropriate frequency, duration and number of massage sessions for you will depend on your problem, its severity, how long you’ve had it and your overall general health.

Insurance coverage…

It’s a good idea to check with your  insurance company before starting massage therapy to see if it is covered. Often, car insurance and worker’s compensation will cover massage therapy after an injury. An increasing number of insurance companies are including massage therapy in their private and group plans.

If you need assistance, our staff is available to help you through this process. Call us at (509) 725-2976.

Appointments — Please join us in the spirit of relaxation by leaving your cellular phone and pager at home to escape completely. To ensure that you receive the greatest benefit from your visit, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will shorten the precious minutes of your massage. Remember your treatment will end on time so our next client isn’t delayed.

Cancellations — Should appointment cancellation be necessary, please give a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the scheduled treatment.

Privacy — To ensure your privacy and comfort, our therapist is professionally trained in proper draping  procedures. During all treatments, your body is fully draped except for the area being treated.

Suggestions — Please do not bring valuables to the clinic. Drink plenty of water before and after all services.

Gift Certificates — An ideal present for any occasion, gift certificates are available for services. We will gladly take your order by phone and mail a gift certificate directly to the recipient.

Children — Because we seek to provide clients a quiet retreat from their hectic daily schedules, we ask that you not bring young children into the treatment area. Children in the waiting room must be well supervised
