Lincoln Hospital is a 20 bed Acute Care and 68 bed Long Term Care facility and is a participant of the Zero Lift program located in Davenport, WA, 36 miles from Spokane. We offer staff nurses varied shifts including weekends (full time, weekend doubles, work 32/paid 36). Relocation or bonus packages available. 04/18/08 Lincoln Hospital RN, LTC Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) Full-time, permanent benefited position Qualifications:  Registered nurse in State of Washington with at least 1 year supervisory experience in a geriatric setting.  Acts as liaison between resident, family, physician, social services, and members of the resident's Care Conference Team.  Fosters teamwork while mentoring all staff members and is a resource for information and guidance.  RCC is a self-starter, self confident; takes on new responsibility and initiates activities with minimal supervision.  The RCC participates in the completion of the MDS, resident care plans, skin assessments and admissions of new residents to the unit.
