• Coronary Risk Profile with Diabetic Screen. Test includes cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL and glucose for diabetes. Price $10.
• Comprehensive Test Profile. Test includes all of the above plus thyroid screen, anemia check, liver and kidney function and more. Price $30. (Does not include Prostatic Screen)
• Prostatic Screen for men (blood test) for possible cancer. Price $20
• FREE Blood Pressure Check

• DO NOT EAT or DRINK anything EXCEPT WATER 12 hours prior to blood draw.
• Be well hydrated. Drinking lots of water prior to check-in makes drawing blood easier. 
• MEDICATIONS should be taken as usual. 
• Payment in cash or personal check. Make checks to Lincoln Hospital.
• You will get a copy of your results within one week and a copy with also be sent to the physician of your choice. 
• These tests do not replace an annual exam. Please follow up with your physician.
