With more space, the Wilbur Clinic now offers Minor Surgery which includes sutures, splints, casting of broken bones and removal of lesions and moles. The Wilbur Clinic, along with North Basin Medical Clinics in Davenport and Wilbur, is a subsidiary of Lincoln County Hospital District #3— a public hospital. Under Federal law, some basic services are available even if you cannot pay or do not have medical insurance. The Wilbur Clinic does participate in the Medicaid Program and accepts most major insurance plans including TriCare.
