Davenport Family Dentistry is located just one block off SR 2 in the heart of Davenport at 707 Logan Street (next door to the U.S. Post Office). There is plenty of convenient, free parking.

Payment plans to fit your needs…

The best guarantee of keeping your dental expenses down is coming in for regular continuing care. Recently, many insurance companies have begun covering two cleanings/exams a year and complete x-rays annually. Why? Because it saves them money. The sooner a problem is caught and treated, the less it costs.

Dr. Turner is a Delta Dental of Idaho and Washington Dental Service Provider and accepts most other dental insurance plans. Your dental co-payment is expected at time of service. Pre-Payment plans and monthly payment plans are available with pre-approval of the office manager and adequate proof of credit. We also accept VISA and MasterCard.

While payment is expected at time of treatment, we have finance arrangements available. Please do not put off dental treatment because of expenses. Talk with the office manager and make a plan. We guarantee it will cost more to wait, not just in money, but in possible pain, inconvenience and health problems. Restorative treatment now will be far less expensive than an emergency root canal after hours of a trip to the emergency room with severe swelling.

About Dr. David Turner…

Dr. Turner graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1988. His education included one year as a Woodruff Fellow at Emory University, community clinic services and an oral surgery externship at Parkland Hospital in Texas.

Upon graduation, Dr. Turner was accepted into the U.S. Air Force General Practice Residency, including an oral surgery component, at Bolling AFB and Andrews AFB in Washington DC. After Serving in Korea and Fairchild AFB in Spokane, Dr. Turner transferred to the Public Health Service and was the Dental Officer on the Spokane Indian Reservation for six years.

Dr. Turner has owned a clinic in Davenport since 1997 and now also serves the Post Falls, Idaho area. Dr. Turner and his wife Muriel, have five daughters, 2 grand-daughters plus various dogs, cats, ducks, and goats. With a heart for those in need, Dr. Turner takes part in short term Christian dental missions and has traveled outside the country to provide dental care in third-world nations.
